Full-time Coordinator Position

CoreLife is looking to hire a full-time Patient Leads Coordinator. 

Company Overview:

Started in 2012, CoreLife is a weight loss healthcare company that provides an effective and personalized weight management program that is safe and affordable. Their facilities are managed by specialized teams of physicians, dietitians, exercise trainers, and counselors. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identifying and contacting prospective patients, generating leads, and engaging inactive patients via outbound phone calls, emails, campaign letters... etc
• Upon contacting a prospective patient, probe to understand patient needs and have the ability to identify opportunities to pair those needs with CoreLife services
• Process and maintain leads in prospecting database for weekly reporting
• Work with Corporate, Marketing and other teams to create process to aggressively follow-up and qualify all campaigns

Preferred candidate:

• College degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, inside sales, or customer service
• In-depth knowledge of weight loss healthcare
• Professional phone manner and positive attitude when dealing with potential patients
• Solid organizational, problem analysis, and follow-up skills
• Strong internet research and PC skills
