Internship & Part Time Employment at Limitless Performance

We are a sports performance company based in Silver Spring, MD that provides coaching for young athletes and adults who are looking to enhance their life through sport and fitness. I am looking for a qualified employee or intern to provide sports coaching, personal training and nutritional advice to help my Limitless Family reach their health, fitness and life goals.

Wagner College Sports Performance Internship

This program is for students who have an interest in strength and conditioning/sports performance at the division one level. Throughout the duration of the program, students will cover topics such as:

-Principles of Athletic Development
-7 Areas of Program Design
-3 Principles of Exercise Selection
-Steps to Successful Implementation and Growth of a Program
-Nutrition
-Recovery
-Coaching- Lift Technique & Teaching Progressions
-Speed, Agility, Change of Direction

Interns will have the opportunity to meet and learn from coaches and professionals from different backgrounds and different levels of collegiate and professional sport such as strength and conditioning, dietetics, sports psych, physical therapy.

AmeriCorps Vista position: Sustainable Food Systems


As a VISTA member, you will play a vital role in helping Union-Snyder Community Action Agency (CAA) coordinate programs and resources to increase access to and affordability of healthy food for families living with low income. This position will build Union-Snyder CAA’s capacity to address gaps in services that provide food security in the region. The VISTA will be responsible for working with local universities, community gardens, farmers, retail businesses, and nonprofit agencies in developing the region’s first Hunger Coalition to determine sustainable solutions for addressing food insecurity in the region. This will include information gathering, networking, meeting organization, and participation in the committee for the annual Sowing Change conference. The VISTA will work closely with key CAA staff and AmeriCorps member(s) to build, strengthen, and streamline agency food assistance services.
