Intern Wanted for Spring/Winter 2020

Paradigm Chiropractic and Performance LLC is seeking an intern from the Kinesiology Department to assist with the assessment of movement, performance, and function of their patients. You will also participate in the passive and active rehabilitation, prevention, and observe the management of disorders to enhance movement. Intern will assist office staff in office functions and general activities of patient management. 

Paradigm Chiropractic and Performance LLC is located at 650 Pennsylvania Avenue SE Suite 470 Washington DC 20003. They are located in Eastern Market directly across from the Eastern Market Metro Station (Blue Line). Their aim is to provide functional rehabilitation from the spine outward. Experience with movement screens, ROM screens and implementation of exercise protocols is a plus.

They are looking for an outgoing individual with great motivational qualities to explain and encourage physical rehabilitation. You will work directly with Clinical Director to implement strategies and protocols.

Description: 

In this unpaid internship, you will learn and participate in passive and active rehabilitation, prevention, and observe the management of disorders to enhance movement. Intern will also assist office staff in office functions and general activities of patient management. Interns can earn 1, 2 or 3 credit hours based on the hours committed.
