Outpatient physical therapy practice is currently looking for a part- time or full time experienced front desk receptionist, who has excellent communication skills and would thrive working in an outpatient facility. 

You must have excellent telephone skills, verbal communication, listening skills, professionalism, customer focus and organizational abilities. You should be a team player, who has the ability to multitask and stay organized while being highly energetic, personable, motivated and smart.

Responsibilities include:

• Enthusiastically greets all patients and families who enter and assists in directing them
• Experience in Microsoft word and excel
• Verifies Insurance Benefits
• Submits authorizations
• Follow up on some claim for denials
• Answer phones and communicate messages in a complete and accurate way
• Schedule patient appointments in scheduling software.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner
• Ensure all correspondence and documentation is filed accordingly
• Collecting payments
